Serve as the first point of contact for patients at HMG. Responsible for accurate registration, patient support, invoice generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining quality patient interactions from arrival to departure.

Provide nursing care and coordination in designated outpatient clinics or assigned hospital areas. Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and allied departments, ensuring documentation, procedural compliance, and excellent patient service in line with JCIA/CBAHI standards.

Provide comprehensive optometric care, including thorough eye examinations, vision testing, diagnosis of ocular and systemic conditions, and management of refractive errors. Perform therapeutic and minor procedures, and refer complex pathologies to ophthalmologists or relevant specialists.
